Tiers are assigned based on either your total qualifying spend or number of qualifying transactions over a rolling 12-month period. Qualifying categories include Diamond, Gold, Silver, Precious Jewellery, and Watches. Backorders, laybys, suspended, cancelled, or refunded orders do not count.
Ruby, Emerald, Sapphire, and Diamond tiers are valid for 12 months from the date of assignment. The Brilliance tier is valid for 24 months, recognising the depth of your loyalty to Mazzucchelli's.
A qualifying transaction is a completed purchase of Diamond, Gold, Silver, Precious Jewellery, or Watches. Backorders, laybys, suspended transactions, cancelled orders, and refunded purchases do not qualify.
Mazzucchelli's Money is a cashback reward earned on qualifying jewellery purchases over $500. The earn rate varies by tier — from 5% at Emerald to 15% at Brilliance on jewellery, and 5% on watches at Brilliance only.
Mazzucchelli's Money is valid for 180 days, can be redeemed up to $500 per transaction, and cannot be partially redeemed. It cannot be used for gift card purchases.
Your $50 Welcome Voucher is issued upon joining the Legacy Collective as a new customer. You must have a valid email address, phone number, and have opted in to receive marketing communications. The voucher is valid for 60 days and applies to purchases over $500.
Yes, Mazzucchelli's Money can be redeemed on watch purchases.
Earning Mazzucchelli's Money is exclusively available to Brilliance tier members, at a rate of 5% on qualifying transactions over $500. Members in Ruby, Emerald, Sapphire, and Diamond tiers earn Mazzucchelli's Money on jewellery only.
The Extended Care Plan (ECP) provides extended warranty and care protection for your fine jewellery purchases. Diamond members receive a discounted (half-price) 3-Year ECP on jewellery. Brilliance members receive a Free 3-Year ECP, and have access to a discounted (half-price) Life-Time ECP. These benefits are valid for as long as you hold the respective tier.
