About the role:

As an Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the store. You will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in driving sales, managing day-to-day operations, and leading a dedicated team to deliver exceptional customer service. 

About you:
  • Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or in team lead position. 
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Immaculate personal presentation.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.
  • High level attention to detail and organisation skills. 
  • Determination to achieve sales targets and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Previous experience in luxury jewellery highly desirable.
