About the role:As an Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the store. You will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in driving sales, managing day-to-day operations, and leading a dedicated team to deliver exceptional customer service.
About you:- Previous experience as a Store Manager, preferably in the luxury products industry.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Immaculate personal presentation.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to recruit, train, and develop store staff.
- High level attention to detail and organisation skills.
- Analyze sales reports and KPIs to track store performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Previous experience in luxury jewellery highly desirable.
